At BESARME, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. If your new home decor or furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, our team is here to ensure a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original BESARME shipping boxes to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
